Your gift builds the next home.

Every dollar given to CIVC goes directly toward housing a veteran and funding the wraparound services that make that housing stick.

Where your gift goes

CIVC is a volunteer-run nonprofit. That means administrative overhead is minimal and donations flow toward the work: materials, labor coordination, and the services that surround every home we build.

A single tiny home costs roughly $40,000–$60,000 in materials and trades work. Gifts of any size move that number. A recurring gift even a small one gives CIVC the planning horizon to schedule the next build with confidence.

  • One-time gifts help cover materials and trade costs on active builds
  • Recurring gifts fund ongoing wraparound services: counseling, coaching, and care coordination
  • Tribute and memorial gifts can be made in honor of a veteran
  • All gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law
