Who We Are

Homes delivered, in order.

This is CIVC's single most honest measure of progress: every veteran who has received a mortgage-free key, listed in the order it happened. As the count grows, this page grows with it.

— How A Home Gets Delivered

What sits behind every entry on this list.

A home doesn't appear on this timeline until a veteran is holding the keys. Here's the path each one takes to get there.

01 Apply

Veteran applies

A Central Illinois veteran in need of stable housing submits the Tiny Home application and connects with CIVC's coalition of partners.

Volunteer

Funding & construction

Donations, sponsorships, and volunteer labor fund and build the home, coordinated by CIVC's board and community partners.

03 Deliver

Keys, mortgage-free

The veteran receives the completed home free of a mortgage, along with the ongoing wraparound services CIVC coordinates.

Help hand over the next set of keys.

Every donation delivers more than a home—it delivers a sense of belonging, security, and a fresh start for those who served.
