About the event
CIVC's signature Annual Golf Outing is more than just a day on the course, it's a community-wide commitment to ending veteran homelessness in Central Illinois. Held each summer in Lincoln, this event brings together golfers of all skill levels, local businesses, sponsors, and community members united by a shared purpose: providing stable housing and lasting support for our region's veterans.
Every swing counts. Proceeds from the outing directly fund CIVC's comprehensive housing program and wraparound services—from rental assistance and case management to job training and mental health support. Ensuring that each home becomes a foundation for long-term stability and success.
Whether you're a seasoned golfer or picking up clubs for the first time, you'll spend the day alongside your neighbors, local leaders, and fellow veterans advocates. It's a celebration of community, a show of gratitude to those who've served, and a tangible way to make a difference in the lives of Central Illinois veterans.

The Golf Outing offers several ways for local businesses to participate:
● Stars & Stripes: $10,000- Includes 3 foursomes & signage
● Red: $3,000- Includes 2 foursomes & signage
● White: $1,500- Includes 1 foursome and signage
● Blue: $500- Putting Green/ Driving Range sponsor (includes signage)
● Hole Sponsor: $250- Sponsorship of a specific golf hole (includes signage)
● Sponsor s Veteran to Play: $100- Direct support to get a veteran on the course
